How to Register or Sign In
Subscriber Registration
and Sign in
Hi Debbie here.
A little info on what to do to on registering or sign in to this site . First off Registration: On the right hand sidebar there is a section called meta in that section there are the following; When not signed in will have this .. Register , Log in, Entries RSS, Comments RSS, WordPress.org . Today we are only going to talk about the first two links on the picture.
Step one
Click on the Register which is the first link as shown above. Then,
Fill in the form and click register . See Picture for how the Register page will look
As you can see it does not let you enter a password .. It will make a temporary password for you and you can change it to the one you want after you get the e-mail . This means the e-mail address you use must be valid and one you check often . When done filling out the form click register and your done .. now was that easy .. hope this helps with registering .
If you want to connect to your Face Book you can also do that once you are registered to word press. And this is how to do that ..
After Registering go to your e-mail to get your temporary password then Sign in to the site .
Sign in using your Word Press information that you registered with the front will show like this :
Then if you use your mouse and go over the name on the left side you will see this :
The next screen that will show is the back: Click the picture to see it big !
On this screen click on where it says
Notice: You’re using the auto-generated password for your account. Would you like to change it to something easier to remember?
Yes, take me to my profile page | No thanks, do not remind me again
You should click the Yes Take me to my profile page.
Then you will see this screen:
Where it says first name fill this in so we know who you are by name:
If possible Please put first then last in .
Nickname (required) In this field you can fill in as you wish . Most leave with first name or like me I put in Debbie
The next sections look like this Display Name Publicly as: This means you can show your Real name or the nick name
Contact info :
Email : This must be valid e-mail address .. it can be changed if needed later .
Website : This is if you have your own website
: This will be your GOOGLE+ ID
: This will be your twitter ID ex : (Jym’s is ) _Jym
Facebook Profile URL: this will be the link to your profile on Facebook :ex Jym’s is : https://www.facebook.com/jym44

The Next Section is the bottom part of the page.
First part of this section is to change your password
New Password: If you would like to change the password type a new one. Otherwise leave this blank.
: Type your new password again.
Hint: The password should be at least seven characters long. To make it stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ).
Next is the social connect :
For this section the above is if you register with WordPress as explained above. In the picture I have connected my Facebook to my account so I can sign in with either WordPress info or on the log in screen I can click on the Facebook link and sign in with it .. Side note : If you are not signed in to Facebook at the time of logging in to here it will ask you to sign in to Facebook. then log you in to here .

Side Note:
The only one not working as of yet is Google or apps that are connected to Google.
The Very last section on the page is if you want to connect to WordPress.com
There is a button to connect to WordPress.com
Then Click the button Update Profile to save your changes.
That’s it for signing up as a subscriber
Other information to know is that a subscriber is that they can only see the site and comment to the site.
