Morning Prayer For 7/20/2018

Lord, I thank You for all You have done in my life in the past year. I thank You for the home we have and the peace that has come. I thank You for the transportation that You have provided for us. I thank You for the church that You put in our lives.
Do I understand and know all there is in the Bible? The answer is no, but I know someone who does. Thank You for the insight You have and are giving me each day. I wish I could say our lives are just a big bowl of cherries, but sometimes I feel like I have all the pits, and that is when I climb up in my Daddy’s lap and snuggle in real close and rest. Knowing You are in charge and You have it all under control.
Life here on this earth in most cases is hard. The enemy has taken hold of this world and is dragging it through the pig pen. And it hurts to see so many following what they think is the joy. Do not wish to listen or willing to listen. How can I say that? Well I was one of them and I know what the bottom feels like and I am so thankful for Pastor John McCart and his willingness to help and reach out.
The one thing I know is that You Father love me and I also know that when I blow it, it hurts You but You hold me close and love me through it. Your love is so amazing You love us all right where we are and You will show us the way out if we will only listen. As soon as we admit that we are where we are because of our own doing. As soon as we ask for forgiveness, as soon as we repent we are forgiven. When Jesus said “It is finished” He did not mean some of it was taken care of He was saying “I took all the sin, all the hurt, all the hate, all the sickness, all the anger. He took it all to the cross. And He meant “IT IS FINISHED” it all has been taken care of. He left no stone unturned, he left no sickness, It is over and done the ransom has been paid…

Ephesians 1:3-10 (MEV) 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, to be holy and blameless before Him in love; 5 He predestined us to adoption as sons to Himself through Jesus Christ according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace which He graciously bestowed on us in the Beloved. 7 In Him we have redemption through His blood and the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of His grace, 8 which He lavished on us in all wisdom and insight, 9 making known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Himself, 10 as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in Christ, which are in heaven and on earth.

Matthew 7:21-23 (MEV) 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonderful works in Your name?’ 23 But then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from Me, you who practice evil.’
Luke 9:21-22 (MEV) 21 Jesus strictly commanded them to tell no one of this, 22 saying, “The Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day.”
Luke 9:60 (MEV) Jesus said to him, “Leave the dead to bury their own dead. But you go and preach the kingdom of God.”
John 14:6 (MEV) Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
John 19:28-30 (MEV) 28 After this, Jesus, knowing that everything was now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I thirst.” 29 A bowl full of sour wine was placed there. So they put a sponge full of sour wine on hyssop and held it to His mouth. 30 When Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished.” And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.
Romans 6:16 (MEV) Do you not know that to whom you yield yourselves as slaves to obey, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death or of obedience leading to righteousness?

Luke 9:23-26 (MEV) 23 Then He said to them all, “If anyone will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. 24 For whoever will save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it. 25 For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world, yet loses or forfeits himself? 26 For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him will the Son of Man be ashamed when He comes in His own glory and in the glory of His Father and of the holy angels.
Today I pray that we each stop and think about what our Father, and what Jesus did for us. Then think about what have we done for HIM? In the name above all names, I pray this all–AMEN!

Thank you for reading and may God bless and be with you and watch over you. And World it is time for us to BLESS GOD again…

Psalms 5:8 (MEV) Lead me, O Lord, in Your righteousness because of my enemies; make Your way straight before me.
