As A Christian We Should Always Revere Christ As Lord

As a Christian and the Shepherd of these groups, a large responsibility has been given me.  I need to know and listen to the Holy Spirit and do as I am told.  As a Christian, I need to be prepared in season and out of season.

As A Christian We Should Always Revere Christ As Lord

1 Peter 3:15 (NIV) 15 But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,

In the Message it says 12—15 If with heart and soul you’re doing good, do you think you can be stopped? Even if you suffer for it, you’re still better off. Don’t give the opposition a second thought. Through thick and thin, keep your hearts at attention, in adoration before Christ, your Master. Be ready to speak up and tell anyone who asks why you’re living the way you are, and always with the utmost courtesy. Keep a clear conscience before God so that when people throw mud at you, none of it will stick. They’ll end up realizing that they’re the ones who need a bath. It’s better to suffer for doing good if that’s what God wants than to be punished for doing bad. That’s what Christ did definitively: suffered because of others’ sins, the Righteous One for the unrighteous ones. He went through it all—was put to death and then made alive—to bring us to God.

I think as a Christian, I studied this day I have been searching a way to explain myself and the Mission Statement of this Ministry, in some cases it is hard and in others it is easy. The Word says in 2 Timothy 4:2 (NKJV) Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all long-suffering and teaching. The Lord placed me here as the Shepherd of these two groups in mid-September, in fact, 9/17/2014 these groups were formed. From the day it started, I have asked for and prayed for believing in a 24 hour 7 day a week prayer group from around the world. I do not speech any other language well, however, I am trusting God for the right people at the right time to step up. This is not a dream it is truly a desire. In this, I have come across some scripture that I wish to share. Hoping to explain the reasoning and my understanding.

This is not being said as a Gospel or as a Law it is how I and I alone feel the Holy Spirit is leading me. I am writing this so that all in ALMs and TPO can understand Jym, the Shepherd and Christian, a little better. Romans 10:17 (NKJV) So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. For most of my Christian life, I had felt that I was not getting the whole truth as I listened to others, I felt in my spirit that something was missing. When this Ministry started back in 1986 I thought I knew what I was to do however the word there was I for the Lord had a different idea and I had to get out-of-the-way for Him to show me. I have no doubt now that I am doing exactly what God desires. My life has been a turmoil for the most part and I had learned to take care of me and I was very good at it I thought. However, God, our Father had a better idea and He saw me through I will say 69 of my 71 years before I shut up and got out of His way, and WOW has it been a trip in the last year. As a Born Again Christian I thank You Lord for not giving up on me…

The foundation of this Ministry, as a Christian Ministry and its Mission Statement comes from Matthew Chapter 7 Do Not Judge, Keep Asking, Seeking, Knocking, Keep Searching The Way is Narrow, They Will be Known by Their Fruits, Words I Do Not Ever Wish to Hear I Never Knew You, So we are Building These Groups on the Solid Rock. This is a tall order and it can only be done by the Living Words of God. How do I do all of this I asked myself I am a mere soul saved by the shed blood of Jesus Christ I prayed and then came some more scriptures:

John 15:16 (NKJV) You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.

Isaiah 1:18 (NKJV) “Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.

John 8:12 (NKJV) Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

John 3:16-17 (NKJV) 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Matthew 7:1-6 (NKJV) 1 “Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. 3 And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First, remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. 6 “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

Luke 12:48 (NKJV) But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him, they will ask the more.

A Warning Revelation 22:18-19 (NKJV) 18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from he Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

John 8:12 (NKJV) Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

Philippians 3:2-3 (NKJV) 2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the mutilation! 3 For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,

Matthew 7:6 “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

Matthew 7:21-23 (NKJV) 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Joshua 24:15 (NKJV) And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
