The Lord Jesus Christ May Be Glorified In You

The Lord Jesus Christ and what He did for us all is the reason we stand here today. He is the reason we have a ticket to Heaven. He is the way The Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to our Father which is in Heaven.

2 Thessalonians 1:11-12 (MEV) 11 Therefore we always pray for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling and with power fulfill all your good desires and works done by faith, 12 so that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Two things to look at and think about:

Because of the Lord Jesus Christ our Father can count you worthy of your CALLING and all your GOOD desires.:
     1. YOUR CALLING what is your calling have you searched and listened for that small still voice. Do you know your calling and are you doing it?
     2. GOOD DESIRES I find this very interesting and important.

If there is GOOD DESIRES that indicates that there is also BAD DESIRES. I think we get hung up on the bad ones and when I say bad ones I mean for each of us not that it is a bad thing but, that it might just be bad for the one asking. Or just at said time anyway maybe later.  Do we really trust The Lord Jesus Christ?
