Morning Prayer For 09/11/2018

Do you remember what you were doing on this day 2001? Do you rememberthe shock, the anger, the hurt? Think about it some 3000 died in the matter of a few hours. Loved ones were gone forever, if saved they were in a better place if lost we know the answer to that as well. Did you see 9-11-2001 coming?
Think about it your or a loved ones 9-11 could happen any moment. We know not the time nor the day when it is that time. If Jesus comes back soon or not if you woke up this morning you are one day closer to going home. Think about that, think about Heaven or hell, think about that lost loved one or the neighbor or friend.
We all have a job to do and someday it will be to late. We come from different places and was raised in different ways and believe in different ways as well. We do believe that Jesus is the answer and that is what is important. This coming Saturday our church is sponcering a community get together to let people know we care. Fun singing stuff for the kids. At a park letting people know a lot of the churches in the area have been asked to come and bring their infomation. It is and outreach and we are praying for a successful day of it.
I am flooded with prayer request and questions and I do not pray as much as I should. I have a lot on my plate to do along with prayer. Sometimes, no most of the time I pray on the run. I pray that my Father knows and understands that I do love Him and that I do care. I wish for the time when I can pray more.
This time in the early morning when I sit down and write this prayer is a special time for me. I try to keep this time for my Father and listen to the Holy Spirit. I try to wait upon the Lord for a subject and so far it has worked. Sometimes I have to start over because I got in a hurry and did not listen…

1 Kings 19:11 (MEV) 11 He said, “Go and stand on the mountain before the Lord.”
And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind split the mountains and broke in pieces the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. And after the wind, an earthquake came, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.

Psalm 46:10 (MEV) Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.
My prayer today is that we all will be still and know that He is God–AMEN!
