Prayer For 09/26/2018

Lord here we are again, it is still raining flooding is going on in places thank You for the fact we are not flooding just rain, rain and more rain. I have work to do at the Pastors home and here. It is all outside work and I can not do it in the rain.
Am I complaining yes I guess I am and I know better and that is how easy it is to fall into that trap. Do I honestly think that my Father does not know it is raining. Do I honestly think that He does not know my need?
Yesterday is gone it is finished why go back there? Let us shut the door on yesterday and lock it and throw the key away off the highest mountain or the deepest sea. Then there is tomorrow and we have no control over what is to come. So why do we worry about it? What we do have is right now today. The present is now we are living in right now not yesterday not tomorrow RIGHT NOW.
I can not do this nor that because it is raining so guess what I can pray, I can study, I can learn, I can share. So now the enemy has been in our minds reminding us about yesterday and making us worry about tomorrow. I am saying let us live right now. Instead of I can not it is I CAN. OK satan it is over and done my Father still reigns and He is still on the throne. So go lay in your corner and lick your wounds because I do not have time for you. My Father needs me to take care of what I have been assigned to do.

James 2:14-17 (MEV) 14 What does it profit, my brothers, if a man says he has faith but has no works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and lacking daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” and yet you give them nothing that the body needs, what does it profit? 17 So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.

James 2:18 (MEV) But a man may say, “You have faith and I have works.”
Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

Well now we have something to do thank You Father for Your word and thank You for Your Love and thank You Jesus for making us a way to Heaven. In the precious name of Jesus I do pray–AMEN!
