The Morning Prayer for 06/28/2018

Sometimes I feel like I am speaking to the wind, I ask myself am I doing any good. Then I awake the next morning to see the comments from the evening before and a smile comes to my face.
The enemy wishes me to fail, he hopes that I will get discouraged and stop. However, he has no idea how strong this 74-year-old Christian is. He is dumb enough to think I am going to surrender turn and run and give in… He has no idea how wrong he is!
With each day I grow stronger to finish the journey our Lord has for me. Back in 2010 I made a statement one evening after the Pastors Wife had spoken I said, “I want to be like David” and all hell broke loose. I have been out in the back 40 taking care of sheep and going through a lot of temptations misfortunes and more as David did.
However last year I moved out of the field and into the army of God and I do not have a slingshot I have a large machine gun named the BIBLE. And I have an uncircumcised Philistine in my path and he is coming down. My Father is able and I will not be defeated, I will not be pushed around, I will not be told I can not. I will not give in or give up. My Father has chosen me for a reason and I am here until I have finished the course. My God is an awesome God and yes he Reigns FOREVER!
My book of choice is the Holy Bible, In this book, I have all the information I need to build a strong army of BELIEVERS who are willing to stand up and be loud and be strong and will not back down and will move on until we cross our Jordan on dry ground. Our Promise Land is our home and it is our choice to cross this Jordan or not. Heaven or hell give up and be defeated or stand. When we have done all we can do we have on the Armor of God and we are told when we have done all when we feel there is nothing else we can do. Then we are to STAND and trust in our Lord.
I am here because this is where the Lord has placed me and as Gideon did I have a big Army and the Lord is saying to me it is too big and he has given me instructions to reduce the size of this Army and I am told this is not my battle it is His battle and He will not be defeated.

Isaiah 26 Is a song of VICTORY and is worth reading over and over and over again and believe it. However at this time I am going to use one verse Isaiah 26:3 (MEV) You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.

Hebrews 11:6 (MEV) And without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He exists and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (MEV)  Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.
Hebrews 11:1 (MEV) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Romans 8:28 (MEV) We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
Romans 15:13 (MEV) Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Mark 9:24 (MEV) Immediately the father of the child cried out with tears, “Lord, I believe. Help my unbelief!”
Jeremiah 29:11 (MEV) For I know the plans that I have for you, says the Lord, plans for peace and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Psalm 56:3 (MEV) In the day when I am afraid, I will trust in You.
1 Peter 5:7 (MEV) Cast all your care upon Him, because He cares for you.
2 Corinthians 5:7 (MEV) For we walk by faith, not by sight.
Ephesians 2:8-9 (MEV) For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, 9 not of works, so that no one should boast.

Our Lord is able to deliver us from whatever we are under or in all we have to do is trust and believe. And all of us need to help each other to do just that. The Lord is looking for a willing group of people who is ready and willing to cross over this Jordan and take what we have been promised… Are you in that is the question? In the precious name of Jesus I pray–AMEN!
