Believing Christ Would Do More When He Came And He Did

Believing in Christ is the first step in living a Christian life. Reading knowing and understanding the Bible is our intent as is doing what Christians are to do.

John 7:31 (MEV) Still, many of the people believed in Him and said, “When the Christ comes, will He do more signs than these which this Man has done?” (speaking of John the Baptist)

Well He came was beaten, bruised and whipped. Then nailed to an old rugged cross and then He uttered the 3 most powerful words in the Bible (I believe) “It Is Finished”! With that He hung His head and died. It was not over though the best was yet to come. For they all thought it was all over they had won and this one claiming to be Gods son is dead and buried… However, two days and two nights passed and now the rest of the story. And the best had still not come…

The stone was rolled away and Jesus walked out of that tomb and now lives at the right hand of our Father interceding for us and waiting for the time of His return. Everyone things Him walking out of that tomb was great we ain’t seen nothing yet… Wait until the sky parts and He comes out. Revelation 19:11-16 (MEV) 11 I saw heaven opened. And there was a white horse. He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war. 12 His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on His head are many crowns. He has a name written, that no one knows but He Himself. 13 He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood. His name is called The Word of God. 14 The armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Out of His mouth proceeds a sharp sword, with which He may strike the nations. “He shall rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the wine-press of the fury and wrath of God the Almighty. 16 On His robe and on His thigh He has a name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Believing Him and what He has said and done for us all is what it is all about. Then believing that He is going to return again to take us all home. The question is are YOU ready for Him to return?
