Blessed Is The Man Who Trusts In The Lord

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, this is and is not an open-ended statement. If we trust in the Lord we are blessed that is true, however, we need to know the world believe the word and trust the word. Being blessed is not a free ride it is because one believes in our Lord.

Jeremiah 17:7-8 (MEV) 7 Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreads out its roots by the river, and shall not fear when heat comes, but its leaf shall be green, and it shall not be anxious in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

Becoming a Christian is a free gift as we read in Romans 6:23. Then we read in Mark 11:23 and to a new Christian that sounds right, however, we need to read and understand the last statement of this verse as well. If one does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will come to pass. Then we read in then we read in Mark 11:24 Then whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you will receive them, and you will have them.

So knowing, understanding and using the Word is very important. We cannot pick and choose what we want to believe and forget the rest. We ALL need to read, study and know the scripture. The scripture is our lifeline from our Lord and Savior. My desire is that we all grow stronger and better each day in our Lord.
