Today I challenge each and every one who sees this, to get your Bible out and read Hebrews 11:1-40. I read 29 times the word FAITH and out of that 22 of them read BY FAITH. I challenge you to stop and meditate on each one that says BY FAITH. Who it was and what they did BY FAITH. BY FAITH we understand salvation and the cross and the death and resurrection of Jesus.

My favorite is Samson, now I have known some bad dudes in my life time however I have never run into anyone to compare with Samson. He slayed an entire army with only the jawbone of an ass [donkey] Samson attached torches to the tails of three hundred foxes leaving the panicked beasts to run through the fields of the Philistines, burning all in their wake. The Philistines find out why Samson burned their crops and they burn Samson’s wife and father-in-law death. In revenge, Samson slaughters many more Philistines, saying, “I have done to them what they did to me. He also killed thirty Philistines of Ashkelon for their garments, which he gives his thirty groomsmen. I did not like the killing that much what I got out of was he killed a 1000 warriors that were trained to fight, with the jaw bone of and ass– not with an AK-47 or a machine gun a whole army with a jaw bone/

Women received back their dead through resurrection. Others endured mockery, scourging, even chains and imprisonment. These were not even mentioned in the Bible. What I wish to get everyone to understand is that was all by FAITH. They did not have a Bible to read they did not have a college to go to, to be taught it was ALL by FAITH. I have over a 100 different Bibles to check things out to read I have Evangelist, Preacher, the internet, videos, radio. And even CD’s to listen to they had none of it– it was all FAITH.

Were is your Faith level? I challenge you to take the name mentioned in this chapter and go study each one. They all were before Jesus however BY FAITH they stayed the course and believed in God and His promises!
