A city on a hill is out in the open this is saying if one is a Christian they are shinning brightly if playing Christian they are only fooling themselves for they can not hide from our Father and he will make sure the truth shines through

Matthew 5:14 (MEV) You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.

Do We Understand
The scripture is using a city as an example I believe. We as Christians are a light to the world and that is our duty to tell the World about Jesus and what He did.

The Truth Shows Through
One may think they are fooling our Father. They may be fooling some however, all they are really fooling is themselves. They WIDE gate if for them and the NARROW gate is for the real true Christians
