Deuteronomy 31:6  (NCV) 

Be strong and brave. Don’t be afraid of them and don’t be frightened, because the Lord your God will go with you. He will not leave you or forget you.”

Will we go about our day just doing as we please, without even giving God a second thought? What gives us that right! God surely have us some thought when He included us in this day. With God, this day WILL continue with us, but without God this day could end without us. God does not promise us that we will live to be old, but God does promise us that He will NEVER leave us nor forsake us

If we don’t feel God’s presence, then, WE need to do something to change that, because it is US who has left God. We can’t say that we have God in our heart, yet we continue to sin. God can not look upon sin and will not be around it. So, if one has sin in him, THEY chose to make God leave.

Joshua 24:14-15 (NCV) 14

Then Joshua said to the people, “Now respect the Lord and serve him fully and sincerely. Throw away the gods that your ancestors worshiped on the other side of the Euphrates River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord. 15 But if you don’t want to serve the Lord, you must choose for yourselves today whom you will serve. You may serve the gods that your ancestors worshiped when they lived on the other side of the Euphrates River, or you may serve the gods of the Amorites who lived in this land. As for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.”
