Revelation 1:4-7 (NKJV) 4 John, to the seven churches which are in Asia:
Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.
To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, 6 and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
7 Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
We need to know the scripture. The part that I want us to get and never forget in verse 6 by Jesus dying for us and setting us free of this world because we are washed free from our sins by the shedding of His own Blood. He made us all KINGS and PRIEST to His God and Father and FOREVER. We are Joint Aires with Jesus[1] we are Ambassador for God.[2] So, why aren’t we being our part God gave, Jesus died, We did what??? What are we doing to advance the kingdom of God?
Are we spreading the word of God? Well we are spreading something by just being here we are either working for God or the enemy, the defeated one. Every word out of our mouth is it dealing with something for God or the defeated one. Every step we take is it for God or the defeated. Please don’t say you are not witnessing because you are being a witness. Remember that at the water cooler or the lunch bunch are you dealing as unto our Father or our enemy…
[1] Romans 8:16-17 (NKJV) 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.
[2] 2 Corinthians 5:20 (NKJV) Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.
