Fulfilling God’s Will At The Cross Jesus Christ Died

Fulfilling God’s will Jesus died making it so God’s will could be fulfilled. We also see this in Psalm 40:6-8 (NKJV) 6 Sacrifice and offering You did not desire; My ears You have opened. Burnt offering and sin offering You did not require. 7 Then I said, “Behold, I come; In the scroll of the book it is written of me. 8 I delight to do Your will, O my God, And Your law is within my heart.”

Hebrews 10:5-7 (NKJV) 5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said: “Sacrifice and offering You did not desire,But a body You have prepared for Me. 6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin, You had no pleasure. 7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come— In the volume of the book it is written of Me (of US)— To do Your will, O God.”

Let us back up and see what Hebrews 10:5-7 is written here for… Hebrews 10:1 (NKJV) 1 For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect.

The law is the image or shadow of things to come and that was Christ Jesus to shed His blood so that we can live free of sin. Jesus Christ was the reason, John 3:16-17 (NKJV) 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. Jesus did not die to condemn the law He came to complete the law and His blood shed was so we could live our life free of sin. I did not say without sin I said free. That is why we need to repent daily…

Jesus Christ came died on the cross fulfilling or Father’s word to save us all.  It is the choice of each individual to accept or deny what Jesus did for us all. Yes, I did say all Jesus died where the world (everyone) might be saved. Keyword MIGHT meaning to indicate a condition or state contrary to fact: one might accept if one knew the truth, Or it is used to express possibility or probability.
