God’s Righteousness Through Faith

Romans 3:21-26 (NKJV) 21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

I have been writing about or Faith for a few days now. I am hoping that we all grow from this and understand God’s Righteousness Through Faith. I understand that sometimes it is hard to let go and let God, however that is what we need to do. Let me tell you a little story and see if we can understand clearer.

There was a young man, that was being used greatly by God. He was very successful the offerings were coming in and he was doing a lot of good for the ministry. The offerings were coming in and he was doing great. In fact before he went to the speaking engagement he bought a brand new car. In fact it was a convertible.

So he was heading home on a back country road listening to the radio and feeling pretty good. When out of the blue a pick up truck came around a curve in the middle of road so the young man swerved to miss him hit the shoulder of the road and his car flipped over and dumped him out. As he was falling there was a little tree growing out of the rocks and he got a hold of it with both hands and was hanging on for dear life.

The pick up didn’t even stop and here is a young man hanging on for dear live. He started praying Lord I don’t want to die help me please send me some help. On and On he prayed. Then he heard this small still voice “let go”. NO devil I bind you in the name of Jesus Christ. This went on for hours him praying asking for help and this voice saying “Let Go” He would not and cursed the voice and said satan I am not listening to you never. Well the sun started coming up and his arms and hands were hurting and he was about to give up when he heard the voice again “Let Go” and he says will Father I guess it is time for me to go home so I am giving in to this enemy.

He let go and started to fall. He went about a foot down landed he looked down and around he was on solid ground. It was not the enemy telling him to let go it was the Holy Spirit. How much do you trust God would you let Go… Think about it and the righteousness you have how strong is it.

Memory Verse for March 1, 2012

Romans 3:22 (NKJV) even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;

May God be with you and watch over you. And America it is time for us to BLESS GOD again…

Psalm 5:8 (AMP) Lead me, O Lord, in Your righteousness because of my enemies; make Your way level (straight and right) before my face.

  1. some times you think its the devil because it sounds ridiculous you think hes trying to kill you. It probably been hard for me too.I think it would be a situation thing before I would really know for sue, but the Father only whispers and the devil yells seems like most of the time. I liked this Jym.
