Psalms 109: 30-31, 30 With my mouth I will greatly extol the Lord; in the great throng of worshipers I will praise him. 31 For he stands at the right hand of the needy, to save their lives from those who would condemn them.
Let us look at the word extol what does that one mean: to acclaim applaud celebrate commend eulogize exalt glorify praise. So when someone does bad as they did in Psalms 109… remember in Romans 12: 14 & 21 (NIV), 14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
So that person that is saying something bad or is mean to you. Try being nice to them offer to help them or say something nice to them and see what happens. It probably will take more than once however watch them change.
