Jesus The Son Superior To Moses The Servant

Jesus is not a servant person to God our Father, He is the Son of The Father. Jesus is God in the human form, formed so that we might be set free from all sin. When we accept Jesus we become “Joint Heirs’ with Jesus as we read in Romans 8:16-17 (MEV) 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirits that we are the children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs: heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified with Him.

Hebrews 3:1-6 (MEV) 1 Therefore, holy brothers [or brother and sisters], partakers in a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Jesus Christ, 2 who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses was faithful in all His house. 3 For the One was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, in that He who builds the house has more honor than the house itself. 4 For every house is built by someone, but the One who builds all things is God. 5 Moses was faithful in all God’s house as a servant, testifying about those things that were to be spoken later. 6 But Christ is faithful over God’s house as a Son, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of our hope firm to the end.

Concentrating on verses 5 and 6 we see Moses was faithful IN God house as a SERVANT, however, Jesus is faithful OVEN God’s house as a SON. So reading in Romans verses 16-17 we are Children of God then we do have a Big Brother, Jesus and we are Joint-Heirs of all. So is it time that we, as Christians, take hold of what we have and accept who we are and start acting like it?
