This is the hardest Devotional I have written to this date it started early this morning as I was chatting with a couple of members of “The Prayer Outreach” I was reading my timeline and I came across a post by one of the members of our group. The first time I was just scanning over things, I stopped read to again and again making sure I really read it and then I scrolled back and read the name. Thus today’s devotional out of the Book of Revelations Chapter 3. so let us look inside this and see what is said here.

This part was written to the Church in Laodicea however it could read to the quote unquote Church of the United States of America… Revelations 3:14-16 (MSG) 14 Write to Laodicea, to the Angel of the church. God’s Yes, the Faithful and Accurate Witness, the First of God’s creation, says: 15-17 “I know you inside and out, and find little to my liking. You’re not cold, you’re not hot—far better to be either cold or hot! You’re stale. You’re stagnant. You make me want to vomit. You brag, ‘I’m rich, I’ve got it made, I need nothing from anyone,’ oblivious that in fact you’re a pitiful, blind beggar, threadbare and homeless.
Again if we changed Laodicea to United States of America it would be talking to a large number of quote unquote today’s Christians. On the outside we look fine however in some there is no difference between saved and the unsaved. God does not look at the person, the well dressed or in rags, the bathed or the unbathed He examines our hearts. Some times the things that come out of our mouths sounds like the world talking. Again I am not saying that the words I read were a sin what I am saying is how many unsaved read the same post. What they saw was no different from them. We are told in 2 Corinthians 6:17 (NIV) Therefore, “Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”

We are to be separate from the unsaved we should be different in our walk our talk we are to be separate be different from them. What I read today sounded like someone unsaved and running their filthy mouth. These also is the reason I used the Message Bible for this scripture in makes it very clear how our God feels about this he wishes we were SAVED or UNSAVED however sense it can not be determined if one is SAVED or UNSAVED He our Father, Jesus Christ, Our Savior will VOMIT them from His mouth. Putting it in today’s language “You make me sick I want to throw-up.” Now that is Jesus Christ talking to these people and to us today.

To some we maybe the only Jesus some will see. I believe that is someone read what I read today and died unsaved the blood of that unsaved soul is on the hands of the one that made that statement. It is time for us to STOP! This is not a VIDEO GAME it is no MAKE BELIEVE this is REAL. It is time that we UNDERSTAND we all need to decide WHAT SIDE WE ARE ON. Two choices HEAVEN or HELL, SAVED or UNSAVED, RIGHT or WRONG, Whatever one wishes to pick the outcome is the same. There is no in between. This is not a game it is real and yes it is TIME to make a decision, Jesus is walking on the Water and the boat is full of people and he says COME will you step out of the boat or will you stay in the boat and believe the lie that you are SAFE.

I am sure that there are some that this will upset and in fact anger. I hope it makes one stop and think about where they are and were they are supposed to be and some changes will come from it. I am going to use a couple of verses for the MEMORY VERSE today one I think all are familiar with and one not so.
