Well Father this morning stated out with a bang. The enemy worked overtime trying to keep me off the computer today. It took me over 30 minutes to log on… However, a simple prayer got me in and satan looses again. I thank You Father for answered pray and now I am waiting to see what You have in store for us today.

2 Corinthians 4:1-4 (NKJV) 1 Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. 2 But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor [a]handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. 3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

Well, here is the truth about what our enemy does and he is not going to change it is our place to teach the unsaved and show them our Lord and Father. We are not here for a free ride we have work to do and it is time we get started. I think I have heard all the excuses and at one time had used most of them. The devil does not want the lost to hear or understand the scripture and when one starts he pulls out all stops to try and make one quit doing what the Lord desires.

John 10:10 (NKJV) The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

This enemy, satan, or devil, wants to STEAL your joy and KILL your spirit, and DESTORY your willingness to tell others about our Lord and Savior, but our Father is bigger than him we listen and trust Him with all of our heart. We are here for a reason and we all know what that is and we need to get busy doing it…

So let today’s prayer end with this scripture; 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV) No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to [a]bear it.

Memory Verse for … 1 John 4:4 (NKJV)You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
