Well Lord I thank You for this day even though I did not wish to get up today I did for I have a prayer to pray and write. The enemy is working overtime with me and I need to work overtime with You Father. I know he does not want me to write but You do and that is what matters to me.
Are we living before God our Father? I am using today a scripture I read from Bible Gateway this morning.

1Peter 1:13-16 (NKJV) 13 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; 14 as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; 15 but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 16 because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”
What I am talking about today is the last part of verse 15 “Be holy, for I am holy”. Are we actually being holy? Have we removed ourselves from the world? We live in it but we are not to be part of it. That is what I feel we need to understand and be holy. Our Father, Jesus and yes Peter were holy and we know what Peter went through to understand who’s he was.
Again I can not speak for anyone but me, but, I know to this day there are times I slip back. Not bad, as we call bad, but bad as our Father would call it bad. I hope we all strive to be holy, I have seen our Lord work through me and others when we are in that place and that is where I desire to be all the time. I feel that the only be there when I am in heaven.
I desire, and I hope you do also, to be holy and do the work our Father desires us to do. I pray today that we all grow in the love of our Lord and pass it on to the world. Lord I pray that we can be a good representative of Your love and that we will be the Christians we are to be in the precious and wnderful name of Jesus I do pray this all today—AMEN!
