Morning prayer today is a prayer for Prayer Warriors. I think our Father knew what he was saying, more than we realize, where two or three are gathered in My name I am in their midst, Matthew 18:20.

Morning Prayer For Sunday February 10, 2019

It seems to be hard for us to pray unless we are backed into a corner and the exits are blocked. Or there is a need that one can not fix. We read in Acts 12:5, Romans 1:9, 1 Thessalonians 5:17 pray or prayed without ceasing.

Getting Christians to pray is like pulling teeth it seems. There is a small group of people that can be depended on to pray. We are close to 11,000 people in “The Prayer Outreach” and I am not sure, because I have not counted, but there are less then 500 that even like something.

That is 1/20 of the members that simple like something not even praying or saying anything just clicking like. That is not a lot so I am sure our Father knew what would happen, but I know I can depend on a few to pray.

This country, in fact a large amount of the world is going to hell and don’t care. I look at people that stand up and tell bold face lies and smile. When one looks at them we see the enemy and they laugh about it. Right now I believe the enemy knows the end is near and he is pulling out all stops.

When I started writing this I felt a dizziness come over me and I had to stop and pray and take control of the feeling. So I am sure I am on the right path. It is not about how fancy one prays, I have heard people say I do not know what to say or how. Talk to your best friend, tell Him your needs, tell Him your thoughts… He will listen.

Philippians 4:4-7 (MEV)

4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! 5 Let everyone come to know your gentleness. The Lord is at hand. 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with gratitude, make your requests known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will protect your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Acts 2:42 (MEV) They continued steadfastly in the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of bread and in the prayers.
Ephesians 6:18 (MEV) Pray in the Spirit always with all kinds of prayer and supplication. To that end be alert with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.
Psalm 145:18 (MEV) The Lord is near to all those who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.

Colossians 4:2-6 (MEV)

2 Continue in prayer, and be watchful with thanksgiving, 3 while praying also for us, that God would open to us a door of utterance to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains, 4 that I may reveal it clearly, as I ought to speak. 5 Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, wisely using the opportunity. 6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you should answer everyone.

Lord show us the importance of prayer so us the importance of praying. Give us wisdom and understanding and let us understand James 5:16 (MEV) Confess your faults to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much.

In the precious and wonderful name of Jesus I pray this all–AMEN
