Morning prayer is where I start my day. Our Father is in charge and He has things at hand. He is not shocked about what happens nor surprised. We are His children and He loves us so very much…
Lord, we are in the battle of our lives. The enemy is pulling out all stops. He knows his end is coming and he is working overtime. However, “Greater is He that lives in me than he that lives in this world” 1 John 4:4.
It is time that we start believing and trusting in our Lord. He has never let me down nor will he anyone that BELIEVES… He defeated him years ago on and old rugged cross at Calvary… Calvary also called Golgotha – the place or experience that causes intense suffering!
Jesus gave it all for us, He was the final sacrifice. He defeated the enemy, He was the ultimate sacrifice He took care of it all. All we have to do is have faith and believe then accept. It is time to let Him rule in ones life. No games, this is not a play like, it is not the lasted video game. It is called LIFE and it is time for some believing.
What do you have to loose? Everything! What do you have to gain? Everything! The greatest thing that I have ever done or will do happened April 24, 1982; in a little country church building in Dawson Texas.
Slipping a few times however never doubting in what Jesus did. However I did doubt in what some who seemed to represent Him has done… That is one of the reasons Abounding Love Ministries Worldwide was formed. It is all about Loving God and Loving People. Yes sometimes that is difficult but it is what we are to do.
Loving is one thing being a push over is another. Some seem to think that to love is to just let others treat one or use one anyway they wish and if one says something the first thing they do is start judging ones love. Love is not a free pass, love is a decision.
We are faced with mountains in our lives and yes I did say mountains. We go around and around and around said mountain and finally learn and move on—move on to the next mountain and then again and again. We face one mountain after mountain. Sometimes they are a little hill and sometimes they are Mt. Mount Everest.
However there is not one that our Father will not see us around. It is a learning experience and until we learn we will go around it and around it. Be it drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or it could be over eating or under eating. Our life in a mountain every day, every minute. We are faced with a mountain.
Keeping this ministry afloat is a mountain. Keeping our household is a mountain. Ones job is a mountain… If we can grasp hold of this and learn from our past experiences we will GROW stronger and become what our Lord desires for us
Matthew 17:20-21 (MEV) 20 Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief. For truly I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. And nothing will be impossible for you. 21 But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”
Romans 8:28 (MEV) We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
1 Peter 5:7 (MEV) Cast all your care upon Him, because He cares for you.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 (MEV) 16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 (MEV) 1 If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I have become as sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, and have not love, it profits me nothing.
Let us learn to grow in our love for our Father and be an example to others of His love for all mankind. I now pray this all in the precious and wonderful name of Jesus Christ–AMEN!
