The morning prayer today is about Godly order and following it. I will say also that I was guilty of it myself. Putting anything before our Father is a sin. I never really thought about it until last night. The men from our church attended a ham dinner at a church. 260 some men got together for the meal and it was very will done and the food was great.

The Morning Prayer For Wednesday March 27, 2019

The speaker spoke out of the book of Joshua about the first Commandment “Thou shalt have no other gods before me”. Yes I have been guilty of it right here. I was opening Facebook and checking what was said over the past day. I was putting Facebook before my Father.

I ask for forgiveness and repent of that sin. We as humans are full of mistakes that our Father knew would happen and so that is the first commandment. He must be number one in our lives. I am now writing the Morning Prayer before I even open Facebook or my e-mail or anything,

I am putting God before all of this junk. There should not be nothing more important important than our Father in our lives. We need to believe the whole Bible not just parts of it. Then I think we will understand why we needed Jesus. The only living human being that could live up to Gods standards is God in an earthy form born of a virgin. Then crucified for our sins so that we might inherit the Kingdom of Heaven…

We will never be perfect here on earth, however that is not a reason not to try. We should be working at cleaning up our act one might say. We need to understand that our talk talks but our walk talks louder then our talk talks. As Christians we are being watched by everything we do. The lost or atheist are looking for and excuse to stay where they are.

Following The Will Of Our Father:

Romans 2:4-7 (MEV) 4 Do you despise the riches of His goodness, tolerance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
5 But because of your hardness and impenitent heart, you are storing up treasures of wrath against yourself on the day of wrath when the righteous judgment of God will be revealed, 6 and He “will render to every man according to his deeds.” 7 To those who by patiently doing good seek for glory and honor and immortality will be eternal life.

James 2:20-24 (MEV) 20 But do you want to be shown, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22 Do you see how faith worked with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? 23 The Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness,” and he was called the friend of God. 24 You see then how by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
Matthew 9:6-8 (MEV) 6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, pick up your bed, and go into your house.” 7 And he rose and departed to his house. 8 But when the crowds saw it, they were amazed and glorified God who had given such authority to men.
1 John 2:3-6 (MEV) 3 By this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 Whoever says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word truly has the love of God perfected in him. By this we know we are in Him. 6 Whoever says he remains in Him ought to walk as He walked.

1 Peter 3:18-22 (MEV) 18 For Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive by the Spirit, 19 by whom He also went and preached to the spirits in prison, 20 who in times past were disobedient, when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water. 21 Figuratively this is like baptism, which also saves us now. It is not washing off the dirt from the body, but a response to God from a good conscience through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 22 who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels and authorities and powers being made subject to Him.

We as Christians are the light to the world. We set the standard of Christianity, as set by our Father, to the world. Each one of us need to ask ourselves this question every day. What example am I setting for my family, friends, neighbors and those around me that I do not even know? Am I showing them what a real Christian is—am I walking the talk—the rubber has met the road! I now pray this all in the mighty and wonderful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior—AMEN!
