Mark 2:17 (NKJV) When Jesus heard it, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”
I think I am about to start doing some meddling here. If you are attending a church do you have groups that seem to always get together and drink their coffee and if someone else tries to join in they get shunned away. They are also called clicks, There was a song out by a group called Loggins and Messina in fact I used to do this song it is not a Christian song, however, it is full of the truth the part I am talking about right now is these lines:
Preach this thing religion but we show no faith at all
Follow suit on Sunday, but on Monday forget it all
If we find the time of needing Him
Then Lord have mercy on up all
Same old lie from a brand new bottle
I could take off on a political tangent however I will let it go for good reason. If you would like to listen to the whole song it is on You Tubes I am sure. The point is there are a lot of want-a-be Christians that are playing church and now we are needing THE PHYSICIAN and all I can say is Lord have mercy on us ALL. There is none greater than God. Jesus Christ gave it all for us so does anyone think it is time to get busy in this sinful world and get out of the church clicks. I am afraid that a majority in the church today is what this song is about. Sunday the show up and on Monday are back in the world…
