Praise The Lord, Savior, And God of All Comfort

2 Corinthians 1:3-7 (NIV) 3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 5 For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. 6 If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer. 7 And our hope for you is firm, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort.
I would like to concentrate on verse 7 for I believe this is something that is missing in the Christians today 2 Corinthians 1:7 (NIV) And our hope for you is firm because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort. Do we really share in the suffering of our friends our family? Do we say we will pray for them and then do it? Do we hurt when they are hurting as well as rejoice when they are happy?
I believe that is what needs to happen and that is why I was given the Ministry to Shepard for we all have time of hurting and times of joy. We all need each other. That is why it is talked about so much we are all a family we all have needs and it is our place to be there when we are needed. I have prayed with people everywhere in the grocery, at a gas station, in a mall, on the phone. No one has an idea of how many I pray with in private messaging. We have a lot of hurting people and most are afraid to talk about it for they did in that building called the church and have been talked about and laughed at over it.
We are a family and we need to learn to care for our family to cry with someone and comfort them as well as Praise with them when something good happened. We need to be here for each other. I do know there are a lot of our members that do pray in the background and they are truly needed. I also know there are some that have really been hurt by quote unquote the church, and I would like all to know I am here for you trough the good the bad and the ugly I am and will be here for you…
