MORNING PRAYER and DEVOTIONAL for Thursday

The Morning Prayer and Devotional is about TRUSTING our Father, our Lord and the Holy Spirit. We need these 3 to get through this mess we are in today. Why is it happening? Yes the Bible says it will because we have allowed it to happen.

Psalms 94:13-14 (NKJV) 13 That You may give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit is dug for the wicked. 14 for the LORD will not cast off His people, nor will He forsake His inheritance.

Are We Being All Our Father Desires Us To Be

We read today in the calling of the Lord and what we should do and why we should do it in these Scriptures for today. Are we being all that our Father desires us to be? That is the question I am asking today.

Proverbs 3:3-4 (NKJV) 3 Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart, 4 and so find favor and high esteem in the sight of God and man.

I am sure some are already tired of hearing this, but it is the truth. The enemy or the far left is working to take over the world. If that was all they wanted I would say let them have it. However it isn’t they wish to control everyone and get rid of God. So we have to stand together and fight back just as David fought for what he believed.

The enemy is laughing at us right now for word says he will. We need to start responding to questions with Scripture, as Jesus did after the 40 days in the wilderness. 3 times the enemy said to Him I will do this or that if You will do this and Jesus answered him with Scripture. That was an example of what we should be doing…

I am going to start something a church come Sunday and maybe if we all try it will catch on. I have said I think the alter should be full before Church not after. For there is not one of us that does not sin, so let us go to the alter and repent and prepare ourselves for what is to come from our Pastor. Yes this is a challenge.

I keep returning to 2 Corinthians 6:17 (NKJV) 17 Therefore “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.” 18 “I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the LORD Almighty.”

We need to separate ourselves from the enemy, you know when the group at work starts with the dirty jokes. You are asked to lie for someone. In today’s world a little lie will not hurt so they say but in our Fathers world there is no little or big lies they all are lies.

I pray today that we wake up and see what is going on around us. Open our EYE Lord, and our HEARTS, MINDS, ACTIONS. I pray that as the world movement is generating a mess that we, as Christians see what is going on and stand against it. Let Your light shine from us Lord and souls brought to You through our actions. In the Precious name of Jesus I do pray this—AMEN!
