Morning Prayer For 09/23/2018

Here we are again. We got our share of the rain yesterday and as I walked out to the Chapel this morning it was a slight drizzle of rain. I am going to take the rain yesterday as a cleansing from our Father a washing away of the old and refreshing of the new. Today is the first day of the rest of our lives and we can, should and will I pray make the best of it.
Yes yesterday caused me problems in the home with the leak and in my mind with worry. I got hit from the leak in the home to malware attack on the website. However, my Father is still on the throne, Jesus still walked out of that tomb, and the Holy Spirit is still here with us.
The enemy is a liar and a thief and works at destroying our spirit and our will power. I know none of us do it all right all the time and none of us will ever do it all right here in this world. However, one day we will kneel before our Father and all will confess He is God.
What I am seeing is a uniting of denominations working together for the Church body, becoming united for one cause and one cause only the winning of souls.
For 4 years now we have prayed together for each other and for others we have grown stronger and are making a difference. Not sure if anyone has ever noticed we have never had and arguement in either of these groups. Why is that? Well when I was told to form them I was given some rules to go by and the biggest one was we talk about our Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit–NOT ABOUT DENOMINATIONS–we pray together and I try to teach.
Our Father is these ministries here Abounding Love Ministries Worldwide is His not mine. He made me Shepherd of them and I feel that He has guided me through them day by day giving me what I need to do this job and daily giving me the food for the day.

James 2:14-17 (MEV) 14 What does it profit, my brothers, if a man says he has faith but has no works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and lacking daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” and yet you give them nothing that the body needs, what does it profit? 17 So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.

Jude 21 (MEV) Keep yourselves in the love of God while you are waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, which leads to eternal life.
Galatians 2:20 (MEV) I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God,[a] who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Titus 1:15 (MEV) To the pure, all things are pure. But to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure. Even their minds and consciences are defiled.
Titus 1:16 (MEV) They profess that they know God, but in their deeds they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and worthless for every good work.
1 Corinthians 3:10 (MEV) According to the grace of God which has been given to me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, but another builds on it. Now let each one take heed how he builds on it.
2 Corinthians 2:14 (MEV) Now thanks be to God who always causes us to triumph in Christ and through us reveals the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
1 Thessalonians 5:21 (MEV) Examine all things. Firmly hold onto what is good.
1 John 3:16-18 (MEV) 16 By this we know the love of God: that He laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. 17 Whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, but closes his heart of compassion from him, how can the love of God remain in him? 18 My little children, let us love not in word and speech, but in action and truth.
Ephesians 5:15-17 (MEV) 15 See then that you walk carefully, not as fools, but as wise men, 16 making the most of the time because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
Revelation 3:20 (MEV) Listen! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with Me.

Isaiah 56:6-7 (MEV) 6 Also the sons of the foreigner who join themselves to the Lord to serve Him, and to love the name of the Lord, and to be His servants, to everyone who keeps from polluting the Sabbath and takes hold of My covenant, 7 even them I will bring to My holy mountain and make them joyful in My house of prayer.  Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on My altar; for My house shall be called a house of prayer for all people.

My prayer today is that we all grow stronger and closer in and to our Lord. That we trust in Him more today than yesterday and tomorrow will be greater… In the powerful name of Jesus our Christ I do pray–Amen!

Spread the love
