Morning Prayer For 10/19/2018

I woke up this morning thinking about something that makes a lot of sense. Just think about it is there anyone that you totally agree with? I am talking about here on earth not God or Jesus or the Holy Spirit. I am talking about people in your life, sometimes I don’t even agree with myself LoL… That would explain why we have 35 to 37 thousand denominations in this world today.
We can agree to disagree on a lot of things, even the Bible and that is a a big one. I think that is why LOVE is so high up on a Christians life. We need to stop arguing over who is right or wrong and unite. I was thinking about it and this scripture is what came to mind; 1 Corinthians 1:10-12 (MEV) 10 Now I ask you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak in agreement and that there be no divisions among you. But be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. 11 For it has been declared to me concerning you, my brothers, by those who are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you. 12 Now this is what I mean: Every one of you is saying, “I am of Paul,” or “I am of Apollos,” or “I am of Cephas,” or “I am of Christ.”
This was and is going on over and over and over, we see denominations falling apart over spats. This one or that would disagrees with this one or that one. I can not answer all the questions nor can anyone else we can give our opinion of what was meant but we will not have everyone agree. We, as Christians, according to the Bible are the body. Colossians 1:18 (AMP) 18 He is also the head [the life-source and leader] of the body, the [referring to the entire body of born-again believers (whether past, present, or future), not a local congregation.] church; and He is the beginning, [Christ is the first to be resurrected with an incorruptible, immortal body. Others who were raised had to die again.] the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will occupy the first place [He will stand supreme and be preeminent] in everything. I do believe that Ephesians Chapter 4 is a good place to start for us to read and understand. With this though in mind let us look at some scripture.

Unity of the Body the Church…
Ephesians 4:1-6 (MEV) 1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, exhort you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you were called. 2 With all humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 be eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, even as you were called in one hope of your calling, 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Psalm 133:1 (MEV) Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!
Amos 3:3 (MEV) Do two people walk together, if they have not agreed?
John 17:20-21 (MEV) 20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word, 21 that they may all be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You. May they also be one in Us, that the world may believe that You have sent Me.
John 17:23 (MEV) I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfect in unity, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
Philippians 2:1-3 (MEV) 1 If there is any encouragement in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any compassion and mercy, 2 then fulfill my joy and be like-minded, having the same love, being in unity with one mind. 3 Let nothing be done out of strife or conceit, but in humility let each esteem the other better than himself.
Romans 12:3 (MEV) For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sound judgment, according to the measure of faith God has distributed to every man.
Romans 15:5-6 (MEV) Now may the God of perseverance and encouragement grant you to live in harmony with one another in accordance with Christ Jesus, 6 so that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ecclesiastes 4:12 (MEV) And if someone might overpower another by himself, two together can withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
1 Corinthians 12:14 (MEV) The body is not one part, but many.
2 Corinthians 13:11 (MEV) Finally, brothers, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, and live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.
Colossians 3:14 (MEV) And above all these things, embrace love, which is the bond of perfection.

Ephesians 2:19-22 (MEV) 19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 having been built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, 21 in whom the entire building, tightly framed together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God through the Spirit.
1 Peter 3:8 (MEV) Finally, be all of one mind, be loving toward one another, be gracious, and be kind.
In the precious name of Jesus I pray this all–AMEN!

Thank you for reading and may God bless and be with you and watch over you. And World it is time for us to BLESS GOD again…

Psalms 5:8 (MEV) Lead me, O Lord, in Your righteousness because of my enemies; make Your way straight before me.
