Prayer for this day… Good Morning Father, I thank you for allowing me another day. I pray that this day be a day of awakening for those blinded by the lies of the enemy. He is and accuser and a slanderer he lies to all and blinds them from seeing the truth.
He does not tell the truth for it is not in him. We fight not against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities that we do not see nor actually understand. In the book of Romans we are told what to do and how to do it, yest we still stand and try to do it on our own.
Today I am praying for a break through REVIVAL I am praying for and understanding that it is not about how we do something but that it is about who is doing it. I pray that we learn and understand You and Your powers that it is not about us nor the enemy but You and You alone.
When Jesus said IT IS FINISHED he was not talking about this or that He was and still is referring to everything it all has been put under the shed blood of Jesus. He took all the hurt and pain away He has defeated, completely, our enemy he has no power of us if we only BELIEVE in Jesus.
We alone can not and will not defeat the enemy, however, he trembles at the name of JESUS! He knows he is defeated and has been removed. It is us that is weak and we try to do it on our own. We do not have the strength however our Brother Jesus did and and does and the enemy trembles at the very mention of His name.
It is time that we come to the understanding of what has been given us and use it…
It is time that we, as Christians, understand that we have been Called and Elected through our salvation to come against the powers of our enemy and take authority over him and all of is powers…
2 Peter 1:3-4 (MEV) 3 His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who has called us by His own glory and excellence, 4 by which He has given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, so that through these things you might become partakers of the divine nature and escape the corruption that is in the world through lust.
2 Timothy 1:7 (MEV) For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and love, and self-control.
Ephesians 6:10 (MEV) Finally, my brothers, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Acts 1:7-8 (MEV) 7 He said to them, “It is not for you to know the times or the dates, which the Father has fixed by His own authority. 8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Let us practice what we have and have been given. Let us learn what our Father gave us when He gave us Jesus. And what Jesus gave us when He gave His Life on the cross at Calvary…
We are in a battle against evil and we really need to understand this… Ephesians 3:20-21 (MEV) 20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly beyond all that we ask or imagine, according to the power that works in us, 21 to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever.
