Morning Prayer For 07/26/2018

What a day this is going to be. I can see it building already. I am behind and I just got up. LoL Well Lord it is Yours and You will make this path straight. My life verse is Psalms 5:8 (MEV) Lead me, O Lord, in Your righteousness because of my enemies; make Your way straight before me. I have to be reminded of it daily or I will let the liggle things of life control me and I end up in trouble.
Time is a precious commodity and we need to control it. The enemy works hard at trying to discourage us. However, all distractions are not from the enemy and we need to learn that as well. A flat tire in the morning trying to get to work. Could be the Holy Spirit keeping one out of a serious wreck with some idiot that is high and trying to drive.
We have to learn is it our Lord or is is the enemy. Usually the enemy is little petty things like–well I have more to do today than I have time I need to take care of this and that and do this and that and I will not be able to get it all done. That is the enemy at work wanting to discourage you. I feel that is something our Father would never do unless it is something very bad that we should not be involved in.
I do not have all the answers to all the things that happen and each is there and I have a decision to make. Thus knowing the voice of the Holy Spirit is very important and learning to listen for and to it is where we all need to be. Our Father will never direct us wrong, I can not say that for our enemy.

1 Kings 19:11-13 (MEV) 11 He said, “Go and stand on the mountain before the Lord.”
And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind split the mountains and broke in pieces the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind.   22 Be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man viewing his natural face in a mirror.

John 14:25-27 (MEV) 25 “I have spoken these things to you while I am still with you. 26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you everything and remind you of all that I told you. 27 Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
My prayer today is that we all learn to listen to our Lord, and learn the voice of the Lord and the Holy Spirit. Learning to and being able to know His voice and not be fooled by our enemy. In the wonderful, precious and mighty name of Jesus our Lord and Savior I do pray this all–AMEN!
