Praying And Thanking The Lord For All He Has Done…

Praying and thanking the Lord for all He has done in our lives. That is or should be, number one in our lives. Do we ready give thanks to Him?

Psalm 105:1 (MEV) Oh, give thanks unto the Lord; call upon His name; make known His deeds among the peoples.

Do we pray to the Lord and give Him praise and thanks for what He does for us? For those things that we did not ask for that, we know He took care of? How many times have we prayed and asked for nothing?

My point today is some of us pray sometimes, some of us pray when we have to, or when we need something. I have heard it said, “I don’t have time to pray every day”… Well, I will prove one wrong with that statement.

One may not have the time to get in their favorite prayer space or closet. When one is driving to work instead of the radio how about talking to the Lord then. You can thank Him for what He has done and is doing. One can talk to Him about one’s problems or needs.

We have thought that one has to get down on your knees close one’s eyes and bow your head. Get in you proper King James voice to pray. Well, I am asking you o you get a different voice when talking to a friend or ones mate? I do not think so and I do not believe one had to when talking to our Father either…

Just talk to Him like He is your best friend. Yes, we should and do respect Him, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. That I understand what I am talking about is “I don’t have time”. Praying can be done any time any place. Let us try it and see…
