A Temple Of The Living God, Is What We Are

A Temple of the living God  is exactly what we are or should I say should be. This is not a game people play hoping to get something out of it. We are a temple and it is time to get with the program. There is no room for hoping or wishing not even acting like no one can fool God, the only one being fooled is oneself.

2 Corinthians 6:16-18 (NKJV) 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:

“I will dwell in them
And walk among them.
I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.”[Leviticus 26:12; Jeremiah 32:38; Ezekiel 37:27]

17 Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.[Isaiah 52:11; Ezekiel 20:34, 41] 18 “I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters,Says the Lord Almighty.”[ 2 Samuel 7:14]

God says in 2 Corinthians 6:16 we are told again to come out from amongst them. Now this is the place that some churches have fallen into they have there little clicks and groups and do not wish anyone else in. You have to live in the right place, work at the right job, drive the right car and the list goes on. We are to win the lost. That means you might just have to get dirty to do so. However, do not live with them that is the come out from steps in.

Jesus dealt with them, however, he did not live with them. I have said it before if you are work and when the dirty jokes start, walk off from them, one can work around them and be a light to them. One can minister and not say a word. Remember we are a Temple of God and we are the example of what being a Christian is all about.
