The Morning Prayer For Saturday June 15, 2019

Good morning Father this Morning Prayer is about getting up and getting started. How many of us get up racing around and stop for 30 seconds and say a little prayer. Then rush off and get angry when things don’t go right.

Well see I do not have the time to stop and pray. If I do then I am running late and I need to be at work etc. Well then get up earlier, then I loose sleep. Then go to bed earlier, then I miss this or that on TV. Thus lies the problem. The TV, I know for I can sit down and go away watching it as well.

For nearly 5 years I have been getting up at 6 in the morning and now on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I am up at 5 in the morning. So I can pray and write it down for others to read and pray along. Hoping that this praying rubs off on others.

The “The Prayer Outreach” is like my baby there are over 10,000 members and we hear from a very small part of them, in pray. It is like church on Sunday morning there is a building full of christians. Sunday nights have been called off in a lot of churches due to lack of people. Wednesday the same thing.

However our church has all three services. And fewer people show up on Wednesday night. And I have heard every excuse my question is does the same thing happen with work or with family. I see idiots on Sunday painted up with their favorite team colors no shirt in freezing weather to root on their favorite football team, or basketball, or hockey.

Well it is time that, as Christians, we need to get excited about God. It is time for us to start walking our talk. It is time to put an end to listening to the filthy jokes or the filthy language. OH yes, the local gossip corner. Instead of sitting and listening to the news about our Government let’s turn the TV or radio off and spend that time praying for the professional politicians to get saved.

Pray for God to be put back in this nation, in this world. We Christians have sat around and let the enemy take over. How many of you pray before you vote? How many of you even bother to vote? Has anyone ever thought about FASTING and PRAYER before voting? How many even ask our Father who to vote for and then pray for them.

This is what I am concerned with Christians praying… We have time for anything but our Father and prayer. God has been pushed out of even the church. Some do not have an alter any more, some will not talk about the shed blood of Jesus to be saved. In some cases God is not welcome in the local church building…

Wouldn’t it be nice to leave your windows down in your car? Not have to lock up everything. Or not have to hear all the garbage out of the news media. Now I am going to get nosy and ask something of the ladies and daughters. How many of you ask God about what you are wearing?

The enemy knows what tempts men skin tight jeans, short short skirts, low cut tops. It is hard for a Christian man sometimes to stand or sit and church. Ladies one does not have to be half naked to look good. Beauty is not the clothing beauty is the person in the clothing.

Now men when is the last time you told your wife you are proud of her, or how beautiful she is. When is the last time you took her hand and walked with her. This is what Christians are about one four letter word LOVE… Love is what makes peace reign makes smiles come out. Yes love is what we should be about. Not one place in the Bible are we told to like anyone or everyone. If we LOVE everyone then we are relaying God’s word “Love One Another” wow what a concept.

James 1:12-15 (NKJV) 12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. 13 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. 14 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

John 13:34 (NKJV) A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
1 John 4:18 (NKJV) There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
Galatians 5:22-23 (NKJV) 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 [meekness]gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

1 Corinthians 13:8-9 (NKJV) 8 Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part.

I pray that today we start to show God’s love to everyone we come in contact with. Let them see God our Father’s love in us. I now pray this all in the precious and wonderful name of Jesus—AMEN!
