The morning prayer needs to start out with asking for forgiveness for starting out looking for a job and not praying. I need to find something to do. I have placed 3 applications and hoping I can find something I can do. We need some income and need it now Lord. I am trusting You to find the right job that I can do.
Devotional For Today
The bills are out weighing the income Father. You know what is needed and what I can do. I pray that You will direct me to the right job so I can keep doing what I need to and earn some money to pay bills. I feel that we are not wasting money. I feel that somethings we do may not be necessities however I feel that Debbie deserves a little here and there.
Lord, we need Your help for almost a year it has been an up hill battle. I was told at the Credit Union that we could re-finance the car loan and get a lower rate and payment. Which we could really use. There are a couple things for the web site that are needed to keep it secure that we can not afford right now.
Father I know You know our needs from our wants. I desire to do your will we are going on a ministry trip in June for 4 days up in the Appalachian Mountains. It is from our church and I am looking forward to being a part of it…
When we were given this Ministry I have never doubted that it was Your doing and that it is Your Ministry. I do know that things have changed and I do understand that the only thing that never changes is CHANGE. Things that were needed for a web site when it started was free they now charge for. New things that are needed to keep it safe for those that visit and donate to the Ministry.
Security is a big expense right now and up keep is a big one also. Lord again I know You know and I am sure You have a plan. If I am to go to work it will be a job I can do and will not take me away from this Ministry. It will supply the needs as well. Be it a job or donations or a combination of the two. How it is done is up to You Father totally…
Our total income is about $1200 a month and we have to live and take care of everything from that. This is including the Social Security and gifts. Why I am posting this is to let everyone know that we are not living above our needs. I do not want anyone to think that greed has entered into this Ministry or into our household.
From the beginning I have never desired fame or fortune… I have desired to be able to help others and show them the Love of our Lord. I do wish to help others that is why going to Appalachians is so important to me. To help those in need and I am talking NEED it is not a desire or a want it truly is a need. Even Debbie sees it and knows this desire I have.
Lord I pray that I can be an example of Your Love in all that I do as a Christian, as a Shepherd, as a person, as a follower of Christ Jesus I pray that Your light shines through. I want to be a total sold out Christian and I do desire the enemy to understand that this heart is NOT FOR-SALE…
