Ephesians 5:22-24 (MEV) 22 Wives, be submissive to your own husbands as unto the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife, just as Christ is the head and Savior of the church, which is His body. 24 But as the church submits to Christ, so also let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.

OK, I am going to start out with a statement just so the ladies reading this will understand that I am not “A Male Chauvinist Pig” Gentleman for a wife to be submissive is not being a door mate for you to walk over and order around… Now that we have that out of the way.

The biggest problem with men is they are so wrapped up in themselves that they do not see what they are doing. How do I know? Been there did that… We are to walk in love and we are to love our wives we are to respect them as Jesus did. Wives are to walk in love and respect their husbands as Jesus did being submissive is being a wife it is loving them when they are unlovable being there when they need you.

My wife has gone through 2 cancers and open heart surgery and me when I was being a jerk so I think I know what I am talking about. Loving one another is not words it is action, walk in love. My wife is in CA right now with her mom who needed her and I miss her. It took me 60 years to learn what true love really is.

The one person that has been with me through this mess in Debbie and yes I love her unconditionally when she is right when she is wrong. Men if our wives are not what Paul was writing about maybe we need to go look in the mirror and see the problem. I am not saying all women are bad, nor am I saying all men are bad. What I am saying is most of us male and female need some work. Let us be ALL that we are suppose to be.

Men lighten up on the complaining…
Women lighten up on all the nagging…
And in the name of Jesus walk in love with one another as Jesus first loved us…
