Walking the Walk and talking the talk so yes I think it is time to walk the talk we need to get busy. A sinner (unsaved) dies every 90 seconds we need to get busy. We need to start taking and walking. Is everyone you know saved? Have they heard a true story about Heaven or hell? it is time to start spreading the word Jesus Saves.

Romans 6:2 (NIV) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in [or through] Christ Jesus our Lord.

First we have the NEGATIVE

What is wages,one’s total income for a time period. So one gets paid for sinning and the check is written on the Bank of Hell and it is one check for eternity. Now this is not a joke it is not funny it is the truth and some will say I do not believe it in fact I do not believe in God. Well you can walk up to a cross walk and see a semi coming down the road and say I do not believe it is there and step off the curb and get run over. Not believing does not make the truth go away. That is what everyone needs to hear and understand.

Now we have the POSITIVE

What is a gift, a present or something given freely. Something given freely, one can not earn it, nor can not one work to get it the only thing one can do is accept it and that is salvation it is a free gift. What is left to do is accept or reject the gift.

We as Christians have a responsibility to be basically different.  The need to learn to let Jesus shine through us 24/7. We need to be an example to the world of what a Christian truly is. As Children of god we are an example of God, or Jesus, and or the Holy Spirit. We have a responsibility to others. What is a Christian we are to be CHRIST LIKE…

I have heard for years being a witness is not what I do and I say yes it is like it our not we are a witness without saying a word our walk is a witness what comes out of our mouth is a witness. Even on the phone or on Facebook or Twitter it is a representation of our Christianity. We are responsible for what we say or do. So yes it is our witness like it or not. If one has bowed their head and said a prayer asking for forgiveness and meaning it then one is now a Christian, along with that comes a responsibility.

I know this is not the way it was presented to some it was presented as a free pass to Heaven however I have found that it is a lot different from that. When one bows their head and asks for forgiveness, and means it, one repents [turns around and goes the other way] old things pass away ALL things become new. Thus the term BORN AGAIN. One is now a baby in Christ and we grow there, just as we do in the flesh. The problem I have found is some have refused to grow. Been saved for years and still on the bottle.

It is time to grow up and become what God has called us to be. We are the Children of God not the babies of God. We have children they grow up and have families however they are still our children. We need to learn and grow how do we do that one might say. Well reading and studying the word memorizing Scripture. Understand what God desires of His Children. We God out of respect for our Father. He loves us more than we can imagine. So let us start growing. Let us start Walking the walk.
