Walking On The Water With Jesus
Walking on the water we all have listened to messages on Jesus and the walking on the water and of Peter sinking and Jesus coming to the rescue. Well here comes one a little different.

This can be found in Matthew 14:22-33 (NKJV) However I want to concentrate on Matthew 14:28-29 (NKJV) 28 And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” 29 So He said, “COME.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.
He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.”. I have heard sermon after sermon about Peter sinking over and over. Well I have something to say let us look at Matthew 14:22 (NKJV) Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away. Jesus made His disciples [plural] how many disciples were there in the boat?
According to what I have read and found there were 12 disciples [the Greek word for disciples is “mathetes” and means “a learner, a pupil] however how many of them asked Jesus to command them. One said it and one stepped out of the boat, and that was Peter, my man Peter stepped out of the boat. 11 chose the safty of the boat. how many Peters do we have, it is easy to stay in the safe boat however it takes FAITH to step out of the boat. We have no idea how far He walked however he did walk on water with Jesus.

Matthew 14:29 (NKJV) So He said, “COME.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.
