Isaiah 40:31 (NJKV) But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
Do we really wait upon the Lord? I believe we need to ask the Lord before doing anything. He knows what is best for us because He loves us.
Our Father will never led us the wrong way, but do we listen to him, how many times have we bought or did something that cost us because we did not listen to our heavenly Father?

Do we really wait on the Lord to answer or do we say He didn’t answer and take off? We need to remember He does not work on our time but His time. He will answer the problem is do we listen or hear what He is saying.
There have been times for me when I am in a hurry and do not listen to Him and find myself knee deep in something and again looking for the Lord. Even blaming Him because I was in a hurry. I must admit that I am older and things are harder for me to do and something I can not do. Yes I thing I can but when it’s time to get it done I find out I cannot. My get up and go got up and went without me.
So now I am learning about waiting on the Lord. Yes sometimes it is hard to let go and let God, but, it is the right thing to do. Believe it or not the Lord knows best for us. Listening and accepting what He desires is where we get lost or we turn Him off. If there is a scripture we should memorize this one it it along with more.
Today I believe we all need to practice listing before doing. We have many things going on in our lives and we need to do or say the right thing. The Lord is there for us and will be if we will only wait and listen.
I am going through some stuff right now, but I have some friends who is willing to help me with some of the things I have to do. Then there are things that I need to get going in my life as well, I pray that this message is taken in the way that I am writing it.
