1 Thessalonians 5:19-22 1 Thessalonians 5:19-22 (MEV) 19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not despise prophecies. 21 Examine all things. Firmly hold onto what is good. 22 Abstain from all appearances of evil.

Wow! Did you read this scripture? Does it apply to us or not? This needs to be copied and placed on the medicine cabinet in the bathroom over the TV on the sun visor in one’s car. In a frame on one’s desk. If there is a scripture in the Bible that tells us how to live here it is.

Now Galatians 2:20 becomes real, Galatians 2:20 (MEV) I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God,[a] who loved me and gave Himself for me.

It is time for us Christians to be what we claim to be. We are the Light of the World, we may just be the on Jesus someone might see. We may be the only Bible someone will hear. We have a responsibility are we doing it?
