Faithful or unfaithful is it time to pick a side yet? No one can walk in both directions, we all have to make a choice. One or the other no person can serve 2 masters for will love one and hate the other. So choose you this day who you will serve…

The Faithful or the Unfaithful Servant
The Faithful or the Unfaithful Servant

Matthew 24:46-51 (MEV) 46 Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. 47 Truly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But if that evil servant says in his heart, ‘My master delays his coming,’ 49 and begins to strike his fellow servants and eat and drink with the drunkards, 50 the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not look for him and in an hour he is not aware of 51 and will cut him in pieces and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites, where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Let us take a look at what is being said here. I am not here to threaten anyone, but I do want all that reads these devotionals to understand we need to pick a side…

Matthew 24:46 Blessed Is That Servant When His Lord Comes

When he comes to remove him out of time, into eternity; or at the day of judgment, when he, the righteous judge, will give the crown of righteousness to him:

Matthew 24:47 He Shall Find The Servant Doing

Acting the faithful and wise part, ruling the household of God well; giving to all wholesome food, a proper portion of it, and that in the right time.

Matthew 24:48 However The Enemy At Work

That is the temptation and to give way to indulge in fleshly appetites or to pride of superior intellect. Within a generation scoffers will be asking where is the promise of the coming of Christ. They will forget that God’s clock is not like our clock and that a day with the Lord may be a thousand years or a thousand years as one day.

Matthew 24:49a And Shall Begin To Hit His Fellow Servants

By abusing the power lodged in him, usurping a dominion over their faith, and imposing on their consciences things which Christ has never commanded.

Matthew 24:49b Eat And Drink With The Drunken

Giving himself up to luxury and intemperance; feeding himself instead of the family; serving his own belly, and not his Lord and Master Christ; living an ungodly and licentious life, altogether unbecoming the Gospel of Christ.

Matthew 24:50 The Lord Suddenly and Unexpectedly Comes

Such was his coming in wrath and vengeance on the Jewish nation; and such is his coming often times by death; and such will be his coming at the day of judgment.

Matthew 24:51 We Know Not The Day Nor The Time

If we are not being what we are to be then that wide gate is the way and that is being cast into hell…

As for me I am going to that CITY where Jesus is and I desire to be in the presents of my Lord for eternity. I pray I will find you there also.. God Bless and I pray this in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—AMEN!

Thank you for reading and may God bless and be with you and watch over you. And let us understand, it is time for us to BLESS GOD…

Memory Verse April 19, 2019

Matthew 24:2 (MEV) 2 Jesus answered them, “Do you not see all these things? Truly I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another that shall not be thrown down.”
