False brethren is the subject today and I will be honest I questioned the Lord about this at first. For I read it and did not get it at first. For as I waited this was one of the times I Book, Chapter, and Verse. I was not sure until I read it in the Amplified.

Galatians 2:4 (MEV) This happened because false brothers were secretly brought in, who sneaked in to spy out our liberty, which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage.
Galatians 2:4 (AMP) My concern was because of the false brothers [those people masquerading as Christians] who had been secretly smuggled in [to the community of believers]. They had slipped in to spy on the freedom which we have in Christ Jesus, in order to bring us back into bondage [under the Law of Moses].
We have allowed false teachers into our lives by not knowing the Word we do not know nor do we understand the scriptures. Relying on others to tell us what is said in the Bible. We start believing lies and false statements.
Even in the times of our Lord there were false teachers and they even tried to trick Jesus. They are now trying to trick us into believing lies. I do not know it all however I can feel the Holy Spirit tugging at me when I hear something that is not right and that is a sign to dig into it and find out what is wrong.
Today we are blessed and cursed all at the same time. We have many interpretations of the Bible, we have Google on our computers and thousands of books to research and still we get deceived. Why? Because we have not studied and we do not know the truth.
One of the scriptures that I keep thinking of is John 8:31-32 (MEV) 31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you remain in My word, then you are truly My disciples. 32 You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”
I believe 6 very, very, very strong words there is “IF YOU REMAIN IN MY WORD”! Not sometimes or every now and then or when you are in trouble. Remain or stay in His word and know it and use it. Be a person that knows His word and uses it and stands on it. It is time for us to wake up and become what we say we are…
I pray that these words will stick with you as you listen to teachers of the word including me. And know the word and listen to the Holy Spirit, who will show you right from wrong.
