Psalms 91:1,2 (NKJV) 1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say to the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my Fortress; my God in Him will I trust.”
Praying, reading God’s word and meditating on it day and night are what we are supposed to do. By giving God our all, it would teach us through scripture, how to defeat Satan when he attacks us.
It seems to be harder to focus on God or praying when we are going through tough times, but God says He will never leave us in Hebrews 13:5. In fact, it says in Deuteronomy 31:8 (NKJV) “and the Lord, he is the one who goes before you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.” When we have faith in God and give all our problems to him, He will guide us and show us how to handle our situations. God makes us stronger in Faith to defeat satan.
Giving God our all:
In Ephesians 6:10-19 (NKJV)
10 being strong in the Lord.
11 putting on the whole armor of God = the conflict with satan is spiritual.
12 we don’t wrestle flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers and powers of darkness (satan).
13-17 Whole Armor of God = helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of Truth, sandals of peace, Shield of faith and sword of the spirit.
18 praying always in the spirit.
19 speak boldly about God, to tell others of the mysteries( knowledge)of the Bible.

Ephesians 6:18 (NKJV) “And praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the Saints.”
