Understanding The Whole Armor Of God

Understanding what we have in the Whole Armor of God. We are in a battle however it is not our fight we must put on the Armor and STAND—stand in the gap and trust in our Lord and watch Him defeat the enemy and put him in his place.

Ephesians 6:11 (NKJV) Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Ezekiel 22:30 (NKJV) So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.

Here we see two of the most powerful verses’ in the Bible one is saying we are not ready to give in and let our enemy, the defeated one, win, we are ready to stand and fight for what You, Lord have given us and the other is saying there is nothing that can take You away from us.

Can we or should I say will we stand for our BELIEFS or will we lay down and let the enemy walk all over us and take what God our Father has given us and I do mean given us. We read in Romans 8:16-17 (NKJV) 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

Now comes Hebrews 11, in the chapter of the Bible we find the word FAITH 21 times, do I think Faith is important with it nothing is impossible without it nothing is possible. Without God we are nothing but a leaf in the wind. It is time for us to pick a side if one does not choose to follow Jesus then they have chosen the enemy and eternity in hell. Understanding that if one is not with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit then one is against. Are you ready to take a stand and say “no more God has given us this promise land and satan you can not have it. My Jesus is stronger than and bigger than you and we are standing with HIM!”
