The Gospel of Galatians was written around 200 AD and he was writing to the people of Galatia by Paul the Apostle…  His question was do I now persuade men, or God?

Galatians 1:10 (NKJV) For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.

Here we are reading this and we are not talking about thousands of years after the death of Jesus 150 or so and they are already turning to the lies of the enemy, the defeated one.

He wishes to make you believe that his life is fun and being a follower of Jesus, being a Christian is no fun. He perverts the gospel of Christ… He does not have a different one he just preverts the words of our Lord and tries to turn them around into a lie.

The purpose of all Christians and I do say ALL Christians is not to please man it is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and Him crucified–there is no other.
