Husbands Love Your Wives, and I can not find an if, nor or, nor when you want to. It is plain and straight to the point. Let us look at who Paul is talking to and what is going on. First let’s look at today in today’s church, worship wants and dislikes, denominational disagreements, churches splitting, church fights, pastors leaving, pastors being removed. Now What does Paul Say when the turmoil was going on.

In Ephesians Paul writes just the opposite, he urged them Jews and Gentiles, men and women, young and old. He urged them to walk worthy of the calling you have received with all humility and gentleness, with patience accepting one another in love. That they should keep the unity of the spirit and keep the peace with the peace that binds us.
Thus I am writing this article…
Ephesians 5:25-31 (NIRV)
25 Husbands, love your wives. Love them just as Christ loved the church. He gave himself up for her. 26 He did it to make her holy. He made her clean by washing her with water and the word. 27 He did it to bring her to himself as a brightly shining church. He wants a church that has no stain or wrinkle or any other flaw. He wants a church that is holy and without blame.
28 In the same way, husbands should love their wives. They should love them as they love their own bodies. Any man who loves his wife loves himself. 29 After all, people have never hated their own bodies. Instead, they feed and care for their bodies. And that is what Christ does for the church. 30 We are parts of his body.
As the leader of our household we need to set the example to everyone by following Ephesians 5: 25-31. I have written about this earlier however this is something that we men need to get right. Husbands, love your wives. There are no if or and or when only on commandment. Love your wives. Did not say it was going to be easy just said do it. I myself have found that it is easier if you are prayed up studied up and wearing Gods amour. However as the leader of the household we must set the example. And believe me I have fallen short as well. However we must never stop nor trying. Ask for forgiveness with an honest truthful prayer then get back to it. The hardest thing is going to my wife and saying I am sorry I blew it please forgive me. So let us make a commencement with our mate and God that we will work hard at doing as we should.
