If We Only Believe

1 Chronicles 29:11 (NKJV)
Yours, O Lord, is the greatness,
The power and the glory,
The victory and the majesty;
For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours;
Yours is the kingdom, O Lord,
And You are exalted as head over all.
I think we need to understand just who we are. When we pray and talk and respond and act. I am saying that we need to understand just who we are and who God our Father is and what Jesus Christ did for us if only we believe. As David said the Greatness the Power and the Glory that is all from God our Father to us his children. the Victory and the Majesty and the Kingdom has been given to us through what Jesus did. All that David prayed here has been handed to us when Jesus spoke three simple however most powerful words “It Is Finished” Jesus release all we would ever need.
David lived before Jesus however he understood what God had for us the difference was and is the Law. David lived under the law and look what he did and we are under Grace and look at what we do. Think about what I just said for a bit. David did not have the Grace or the Freedom Jesus has given us and he lived under the Law then God said in 1 Samuel 13:14 (NKJV) But now your kingdom shall not continue. The Lord has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the Lord has commanded him to be commander over His people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you.”
Then we find in the New Testament Acts 13:22 (NKJV) And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will. So David is the only one in the whole Bible that God Himself said a man after My own heart.
We need to understand just whose children we are we are not just simple people struggling to make it through another day we are not defenseless people running FROM an enemy. We are the children of God that has been given that POWER and the VICTORY because of Jesus we have all we need to do what needs to be done we need to remember what Jesus said in John 14:11 (NKJV) BELIEVE Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else BELIEVE Me for the sake of the works themselves. We HAVE TO BELIEVE no ifs, no ands, no ors, we have to BELIEVE we must for there is no other way, if only we BELIEVE…
Then we find if we only Believe Jesus says in John 14:12-14 (NKJV) 12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who BELIEVES in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and GREATER works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. Who is the HE Jesus is talking about here? It is any and all of us if only we BELIEVE in what Jesus did for us on the cross.
It is time to stop blaming, it is time to make a choice BELIEVE or not, to ACCEPT or not, Your will Father not mine. This is where we are and if you do not understand this then maybe we need to study the Word of our Father just a little more!
