Gods Revelation of Grace

Hebrews 1:1-4 (NKJV)
1 God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; 3 who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself[a] purged our[b] sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 4 having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

As I start with this Devotional not sure what I am to talk about or instruction yet. I depend totally upon the Holy Spirit. I do believe it is the Revolution of the Revelation of Grace. Then we can understand Gods Revelation of Grace. Let us start out with some definitions:
Revolution A sudden, complete, or radical change in something.
Revelation The act of revealing or disclosing.

So what we are going to look at is the reason for Jesus Christ and what he did for us all. I hope to reveal who we are, why and how we are. I do believe it is time for some meat and growth in our groups. We need to understand who we are and what Jesus has completed for us. We can not and do not need to try to EARN ANYTHING for Jesus came to FULFILL the law not ABOLISH it. As we see in Matthew 5:17–18 (NIV)17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

So we find here that Jesus came to fulfill the Law to bring to an end; finish or complete, it. So none of the Law would go away until EVERYTHING is ACCOMPLISHED… Did Jesus do that I believe when Jesus spoke these words he was finishing the work of the Law, “It is Finished”. He had fulfilled every prophecy He had taken care of it all so it can disappear as a way to live and it is now replaced with what?

Let us start here John 1:14 (NKJV) And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. So now we see that Jesus is Grace, He was the only begotten found in John 3:16 and He was full of GRACE and TRUTH as we read in John 1:14.

So now how do we get this GRACE and TRUTH I will go back to an old trusty one I have used a lot. Romans 10:9-10 (NKJV) 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. I just showed you that Grace was Jesus and what he did for us by dying on the cross. So here we find if we confess with our mouth, confess what? If we will confess our sins giving them ALL to Him and understand that what he did on the cross was for out SALVATION.

It all comes down to FAITH we have to BELIEVE and we have to ACCEPT what Jesus did for us as in 2 Corinthians 5:21 (NKJV) For He [God] made Him [Jesus] who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. It sounds confusing however it is really very simple. Let us look back and see:
1 God sent Jesus to fulfill or complete the law.
2 Then to die on the cross to cover our sins. [past, present, future]
3 So that we CAN [not might, or should] receive salvation through FAITH.
4 We receive by FAITH God GRACE.

Now if you sit and look back at all the old garbage and carry it around and constantly talk about it and basically live back there, then according to Galatians 2:20-21 (NKJV) 20 I have been crucified with Christ;[the old man who we were before accepting Jesus] it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. 21 I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law [stop living by, and carrying around that old garbage], then Christ died in vain.”

It is very simple and very plan. A large amount of quote unquote Christians are walking around basically calling Jesus a liar. That is very strong some will say however it is VERY true if you are living in the past you are living in a dead sinners body as in Galatians 2:20 says I have been crucified with Christ. That old person is dead and gone if one is a Christian.

Memory Verse for June 5, 2015

John 1:14 (NKJV) And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

May God be with you and watch over you. And America it is time for us to
BLESS GOD again…

1 Corinthians 9:19 (NKJV) For though I am free from all men, I have made
myself a servant to all, that I might win the more;
