Instructions Concerning Prayer In Supplications, Intercessions

Instructions about prayer is something we all need so we may life a quiet and peaceful life. We have a understanding and loving Father that sent His only Son to die for us so that we might be able to pray and understand the whats hows and whys of prayer.

1 Timothy 2:1-7 (MEV) 1 Therefore I exhort first of all that you make supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings for everyone, 2 for kings and for all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceful life in all godliness and honesty, 3 for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 There is one God and one mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself as a ransom for all. This was the testimony given at the proper time. 7 For this I was appointed a preacher and an apostle (I speak the truth in Christ and do not lie), a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

Well let us go back to 1 Timothy 1:18-20 and find out what 1 Timothy 2:1-7 is there for. We see that according to the prophecies given earlier to make it possible for them to fight the good fight. One can read all of 1 Timothy chapters 1 and 2 and see what happens to those that blaspheme so others can learn not to blaspheme.

Our Father found it necessary to let them know blaspheme is something that our Father takes very serious, so serious that he turned Hymenaeus and Alexander over to satan because of it. Might want to think about that…
