Jesus Is The Way The Truth And The Light

Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. This is a fact there is no other way. No matter what someone else might believe or say or end preach. There is only one way to the Father and that is through the shed blood of Jesus.

John 14:6 (NKJV) Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

We as humans try to find a different way to God, why is that? Let us look at Matthew 19:16-23 (NKJV) 16 Now behold, one came and said to Him, “Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?” 17 So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.” 18 He said to Him, “Which ones?” Jesus said, “‘You shall not murder,’ ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ ‘You shall not steal,’ ‘You shall not bear false witness,’ 19 ‘Honor your father and your mother,’[Exodus 20:12–16; Deuteronomy 5:16–20] and, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’”[Leviticus 19:18] 20 The young man said to Him, “All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack?” 21 Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” 22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions 23 And Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly, I say to you, only with difficulty will a rich person enter the kingdom of heaven.

There we find Jesus talking to a Rich Young Ruler. 5 statements are made by Jesus.
1st “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.”
2nd “You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness,
3rd “Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
4th “If you would be perfect, go,sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”
5th “Truly, I say to you, only with difficulty will a rich person enter the kingdom of heaven.”

First Jesus tells him the things according to then he tells me what he needs to do honor and love, Then he tells me to sell everything and follow Him that was the straw that broke the camels back. For He was not willing to do that. I believe Jesus did not say he had to I believe He was asking would you.

We have to be willing to give everything to God and serve completely. There is no partial with God he wants us to love him with ALL.
