NO ONE how much plainer can it be put. It makes no difference what you think or wish for there is only one way to Heaven and that is through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior…
I have basically stopped listening to TV preaching. If you like it that is your choice and I am not putting anyone down. I have heard to many lies and am tired of it. Things like there must be more than one way to Heaven. I see people go to church on Sunday and the bar on Monday.
Then I read Luke 16:13 (NKJV) “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”
Putting it this way Matthew 9:16-17 (NKJV) 16 No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; for [that which is put on]the patch pulls away from the garment, and the tear is made worse. 17 Nor do they put new wine into old wineskins, or else the wineskins [burst]break, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.”
What is being said here is that when one gets saved they are BORN AGAIN the old has be put away or done away with and all has become new. Being a Christian is a 24/7 thing. Can not serve the world and God.
We see in Hebrews 13:14 (NKJV) For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. In word of today “this world is not your home you are simply passing through”.
Even here I see people saying they are Christians and go to their home page and get red faced with what is seen there. Not judging that is our Fathers job. I am simply saying we are known by our fruits or a better way of saying it maybe is our walk talks a lot louder than our talk does…
I pray that this gets us all thinking about what others are seeing in our actions. Are they really seeing God and Jesus in what we do? I want others to desire what I have not what I say I have! I now ask You Father to forgive any and all that I have said or done that does not represent You and teach me to be a representative of You. In the precious name of Jesus I do pray this all—AMEN!
